Tracy Reddaway Cymbidium Orchid
Unlike seedlings, mericlones have been created in tissue culture lab such that each plant is exactly like the mother plant. At this age, the plant will flower within one to two years. The pseudobulb will have developed and the plant will have around two vegetative shoots. These Cymbidium orchids are suitable to be grown in subtropical and temperate regions.
All our Cymbidiums are mericlones produced through tissue culture in our labs. Mericlones are an exact replica of the parent plant, while seedlings, grown from seed, are different from the parent plant.
