Mizuho no Kagami is a compact Japanese Satsuki variety. A rare variety, it has been used for bonsai in Japan for centuries and is one of the most sought after Satsuki varieties. It boasts wonderful characteristics for a bonsai plant with smaller and denser leaves than normal azalea varieties.
Azaleas are easy-care shrubs that come in so many colours it’s hard to find one that doesn’t suit your needs. It can be grown in nearly any garden, instantly adding interest and colour to drab areas. Blooming time: February to April
