Kalanchoe Blossfeldiana
Kalanchoe blossfeldiana, or Mother-in-Law's Tongue is a popular houseplant from southern Africa. This beautiful plant has a vibrant green colour and a compact, upright growing habit. Tiny, scallop-edged leaves unfold from a central rosette to form a circular pattern of pointed leaves. During the long bloom period, this plant puts on a characteristically spectacular show.
It features star-shaped flowers that are lighter green with bright red throats. You can expect blooms throughout the year, which is unusual for most flowering houseplants that are forced into bloom by short days in winter. Kalanchoe blossfeldiana has an almost infinite bloom time. Flowers are produced throughout the year, with a peak from November to December. In fact, you can expect to see flower stalks at almost any time, making the plant a great choice to have on hand for holidays and other special occasions.
These are 6-month-old plants and 10 cm in height at the time of delivery.
