Bred by Alain Meilland, the Charles Aznavour rose is a medium, bushy, compact, mounded, spreading, deciduous shrub. The thorny stem bears pinnate leaves dissected into semi-glossy, toothed dark green leaflets. A cluster of double cupped to flat white or cream flowers with wide pink petal margins from late spring to autumn.

The foliage is leathery and dense and blossoms are chrome yellow suffused and edged with neyron rose. The plant is disease resistant besides that it is hardy and vigorous. Each flower opens to 24 to 25 petals with prolific bloom flushing throughout the season. The hips are decorative and the buds are in an ovoid shape. Perfect for beds and borders, the plant can be grown in containers, does exceedingly well in gardens or landscapes.

These are 1-2ft in height and 2 years old roses at the time of delivery.
