Powder Puff Cymbidium Orchid ( Mature )
Adding a sense of mystery and robust energy, Powder Puff Cymbidium Orchid are soft pink flowers with sprinkled red and a touch of yellow on the lips that are easy on the eyes. A cross between Cym. Sensation and Cym. Cleo Sherman, this large flowering variety boasts delicious shades of pink. The florets grow as much as 10 cm wide into an elegant cupped shaped presentation. Hybridized in 1982 by P. Rochfort, this is an evergreen classic and has also been used for cut flower production in the past. These Cymbidium orchids are suitable to be grown in subtropical and temperate regions.
Mature plants are above the age of 3- 4 years when plants being flowering regularly. Mature plants will have few back bulbs and vegetative shoots. It can give one or more flower spikes each year.
