You will receive your plants bare root and without pot. To ensure that plants arrive safely, we employ a variety of packing materials and fillers, including mesh, craft paper, and cardboard inserts.
You do not need to register to be able to place an order. However, registering will make it possible for you to login to your account, see your order history and progress of your current order.
We ship all our products via our trusted courier partners.

Orders & Delivery:
The order processing time depends on when you have placed your order and the items you ordered. Most orders are processed within 2- 5 business days. We try to keep shipping days to a minimum because we don't want plants to spend too much time in transit. Also, the delivery details with tracking information is sent to the your email on file.
Yes, We ship our plants PAN India.
Unfortunately, we don’t deliver overseas currently.
Request for cancellation of confirmed order should be made within 12 hours of placing the orders. All the orders dispatched are in accordance with the customer requirements. Hence it becomes challenging for us to cancel them. In case, some of the products ordered are not in stock, we make a full refund for those products, and the same is credited to your account within 7-10 business Days.
Returns & Replacements:
We unfortunately can't accept return of plants that have arrived to you healthy but you somehow don't like it. We regularly update the plant's stock based on customer feedback, so please let us know your interests and concerns; if its something we hear from multiple customers we will 100% take action.
If there is something wrong with your item(s) such as it has been damaged in transit or hasn't survived the journey, just contact us as soon as possible describing the problem and we will happily replace the item for you free of charge, however we may ask for photos for quality control purposes.

We do our absolute best to make sure that our products are packed beautifully, but the transit process may sometimes be brutal for certain plants. If you happen to receive a dead plant, please take a photo within 3 days of receiving it and email us the details along with your order number at mainaamgardensk@gmail.com . After 3 days we do not accept claims for any replacements.

Refunds:
We accept Online Payments by Debit Card, Credit Card, and Net banking.
Once you apply for a refund, it will take approximately 5-7 working days to get the refund in your bank account. We will be deducting 5% of the total amount as transaction charges.
