All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, we have no control over carrier service disruptions or delays. If your item arrives damaged, a replacement or refund will be issued. Depending on the location and courier service partner, your order will be shipped either through Air Freight or Surface.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer ₹99 flat rate shipping if your order value is above ₹1,499
Free local delivery is available for orders over ₹1,499. For orders under ₹1,499, we charge 99 for delivery.
Our courier partner will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow us time till we dispatch the order for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated date of delivery mentioned on the tracking page of the courier service, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
There is no need to return the plant; if it was damaged in transit, keep it and notify us; we will replace it or refund your money after inspecting the state of the plants.
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase?
There are no hidden charges for all the prices mentioned on the website including all the taxes

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you happen to receive a dead/ damaged plant, please take a photo within 3 days of receiving it and email us the details along with your order number at email@example.com. After 3 days we do not accept claims for refunds or replacements
